Fee Structure and Program Information

  • An annual Judo BC+Judo Canada membership must be paid directly to Judo Canada.
  • As per the International Judo Federation, age refers to THE AGE AS OF DECEMBER 31st; however, for events taking place in Canada in the first four months of the season (September through December), the age is calculated as of December 31st of the second calendar year of the season. For example for the season starting on Sept 1, 2023 and ending on Aug 31, 2024, the age will be calculated as per the age of the member on December 31, 2024.

  • Welcome Packages

    • We offer a Welcome Package to new judoka or judoka new to the club.
    • Welcome Package includes judo gi, Delta Kaigan Judo Annual Fee and 3 months dues.

    • An annual non-refundable membership fee is paid to the Delta Kaigan Judo Club. This membership fee includes two party nights (one in December and one in June) where pizza and milkshakes are provided.
    • Monthly dues (in 3-month increments) are payable at the beginning of the period.
    • All drop-in athletes will be given a 2-week grace period prior to being required to pay the club fees.

    • All judoka are required to wear a judo gi. Gis are available to borrow for a 2-week trial period.
    • Gis purchased through Delta Kaigan include an embroidered club patch on the left lapel.
